The City of Irving has a new partner to manage the Toyota Music Factory according to the Irving Weekly news story. The Irving City Council approved the transfer of operations Brookfield Asset Management.
Brookfield Asset Management is one of the largest global investors in real estate and currently owns and operates many mixed use and entertainment locations such as Fifth and Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee and the Wellmont Theater in Montclair, New Jersey.
Brookfield has been operating the Irving Toyota Music Factory since May 2022.
