Irving Police Officers arrested 30-year-old Francisco Andrades-Perez on March 13, 2024, following an investigation. Andrades-Perez was apprehended at approximately 11:05 pm.
Andrades-Perez is charged with Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact. Indecency with a child by sexual contact is a felony of the second degree. It is punishable by: Between 2 and a maximum of up to 20 years in prison. a maximum possible fine of up to $10,000.
While in-custody at the Irving Jail, his bond was initially set at $25,000. However, on March 16th, he was transferred to the Dallas County Jail where his bond was increased to $50,000.
The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) became involved in the case and charged Andrades-Perez as an Illegal Alien. They subsequently requested an immigration-ICE hold on him. As of now, Andrades-Perez remains in custody pending further legal proceedings.
An hour after Andrades-Perez was booked into Jail, another arrest was made by Irving Police dealing with a sexual abuse investigation. 35-year-old Julio Chavez was arrested for Indecency with a child by sexual contact. Chavez is also an illegal alien and INS requested an immigration-ICE hold on him. His bond was set at $75,000, but will not be released because of his legal status.
