Cynthia Diane Luther Hayle

Cynthia Diane Luther Hayle

Cindy Hayle, a resident of Irving, TX passed away the 30th of December, 2010 at the age of 53 after a long battle with a long list of serious and complicated illnesses.

Cindy was born on the 23rd of April 1957 to Betty Lou McKinley Luther and Granville Larimore Luther in Johnson City, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by both parents and her brother Russell Howard Luther also of Irving, TX. Cindy is survived by her three children, Diana Marie Hayle of Dallas, James Eric Hayle of Irving, Matthew David Hayle of Allen and two grandchildren; Madison Elizabeth Hayle and Bradley James Hayle. She is also survived by her older brother, Charles Rodney Luther and a younger sister, Suzanne Luther Waddell in addition to many nieces and nephews.

Cindy lived in Johnson City, Tennessee until her father, as a career United States Marine was transferred to Nashville, Tennessee. The family later moved to two Marine Corp Bases in California before settling in Irving, TX after her father's retirement. Cindy graduated from MacArthur High School in Irving, TX and also attended several classes at North Lake Community College.

Cindy was brilliant with a computer and worked for Verizon Wireless for many years until her illness finally prevented her from continuing her employment. She loved movies, books and especially music. She was the ultimate computer geek spending long hours on her computer playing lots of online games with friends she met over the internet from all over the world. She loved her family, friends and her 3 children deeply and adored her two grandchildren. Cindy was optimistic and hopeful about her health in 2011 and so her unexpected loss has left the family shocked and saddened. Her beautiful smile, sense of humor and kindness to everyone she met will always be what is remembered as we carry her memories in our hearts. Cindy never really got over the loss of her brother many years ago and had extreme difficulty getting over the loss of her mother in 2007. The knowledge that Cindy is with her Lord and Saviour and the family that has gone before is keeping the family comforted at this difficult time.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Saint Francis Catholic Church in Frisco, Texas on Monday, January 10th, 2011, 10:30 a.m. to honor her cremated remains. Cindy's ashes will then be buried with her brother, Rusty Luther, at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to which was a charity close to her heart.
