Man Resuscitated After Being Found Unresponsive on Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm

At approximately 5:30 PM on Wednesday, September 4th, Little Elm Police officers responded to a call regarding a medical emergency at the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and Little Elm Parkway. A 45-year-old male was found unresponsive on the south side of Eldorado Parkway by a passing motorist, who immediately stopped to assist.

The motorist began CPR after noticing the man was not breathing. Emergency responders from the Little Elm Police Department and Fire Department arrived shortly afterward and took over life-saving efforts. The individual was transported to Texas Health Frisco, where medical staff successfully regained a pulse. He is currently receiving treatment.

At this time, authorities report no signs of trauma or foul play. Family members have shared that the individual has an extensive medical history.

UPDATE: The two residents who performed life-saving measures on the unconscious man were identified as Sean Cunningham and Curtis Weems.  They will be receiving Life-Saving Awards at the Little Elm Town Hall meeting on September 17th.
