The Irving Police Department conducted a prostitution sting operation on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, resulting in the arrest of at least eight individuals within Irving city limits.
The following individuals were arrested:
- 32-year-old Helleh Carles: Prostitution
- 43-year-old Antonio Aguilar: Solicitation of Prostitution and Immigration-ICE Hold
- 45-year-old Meysam Gholami: Solicitation of Prostitution
- 52-year-old Carlos Muñoz-Orellana: Solicitation of Prostitution
- 28-year-old Isaac Van Duh Peng: Solicitation of Prostitution
- 29-year-old Jerry Raye: Solicitation of Prostitution and Evading Arrest (attempted to flee on foot and was apprehended)
- 26-year-old Cecilio Soto: Solicitation of Prostitution
- 42-year-old Christopher Williams: Solicitation of Prostitution
The investigation is ongoing, and further arrests and charges are possible.
