On Friday, May 23, a Tarrant County jury found 37-year-old Terrance Gipson guilty of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
The conviction stems from a September 12, 2024, incident when Fort Worth Police Department Narcotics officers executed a search warrant at a south Fort Worth motel. Inside Gipson’s room, officers discovered fentanyl and crack cocaine.
The case was prosecuted by the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office Narcotics Unit. Gipson will serve his sentence in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
