Travis Rollins, 39, has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a juvenile who is currently in critical condition.
At approximately 7:42 p.m., several individuals contacted the authorities to report hearing multiple gunshots in a mobile home park situated in the 3900 block of Teasley Lane. A young person sustained apparent gunshot wounds and was swiftly transported by air to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention.
Following the shooting, Travis Rollins fled the scene in a vehicle. However, the Duncanville Police Department managed to locate and apprehend him as a result of a traffic stop. It is worth noting that Rollins was arrested on an unrelated warrant.
The Denton Police Department is currently conducting an active investigation into the shooting incident. Travis Rollins is the sole suspect in the shooting, and authorities have assured the public that there is no longer a threat to public safety.
