Irving Police Department and Noe's Kustom Kutz Host Back to School Event for the Community

The Irving Police Department's Shop Talk program is teaming up with Noe's Kustom Kutz, located at 109 N. Story Rd., to host an exciting Back to School Event on Sunday, August 6, from 12 to 4 pm. The event promises an afternoon filled with FREE haircuts, school supplies, food, music, drinks, games, and special guests, creating a fun and engaging experience for all attendees.
