Starting Friday, Aug. 4, TxDOT will perform overnight work on SH 183, SH 114, Spur 482 and Loop 12 through Aug. 12. Expect lane and road closures, with delays and heavy traffic affecting the surrounding highways, frontage roads and streets.
FULL CLOSURE: GRAUWYLER ROAD, AT LOOP 12
- East- and westbound Grauwyler Road will be closed at Loop 12 from Friday, Aug. 4 at 8 p.m. to Monday, Aug. 7 at 5 a.m.
FRIDAY, AUG. 4 TO SATURDAY, AUG. 5
- 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.: All southbound lanes of Loop 12 will be closed from SH 183 to Grauwyler Road.
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The northbound Spur 482 frontage road will be closed from Maryland Drive to the westbound SH 114 frontage road.
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Grauwyler Road to Peters Road.
MONDAY, AUG. 7 TO TUESDAY, AUG. 8
- 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.: All southbound lanes of Loop 12 will be closed from SH 183 to Grauwyler Road.
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: All eastbound lanes of SH 114 will be closed from Loop 12 to Spur 482.
TUESDAY, AUG. 8 TO WEDNESDAY, AUG. 9
- 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.: All southbound lanes of Loop 12 will be closed from SH 183 to Grauwyler Road.
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The northbound Spur 482 frontage road will be closed from Maryland Drive to the westbound SH 114 frontage road.
WEDNESDAY, AUG. 9 TO THURSDAY, AUG. 10
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The northbound Spur 482 frontage road will be closed from Maryland Drive to the westbound SH 114 frontage road.
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The westbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Loop 12 to Carl Road.
THURSDAY, AUG. 10 TO FRIDAY, AUG. 11
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The northbound Spur 482 frontage road will be closed from Maryland Drive to the westbound SH 114 frontage road.
FRIDAY, AUG. 11 TO SATURDAY, AUG. 12
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The northbound Spur 482 frontage road will be closed from Maryland Drive to the westbound SH 114 frontage road.
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Grauwyler Road to Peters Road.
Detours will be marked with signage. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes when possible and to slow down through construction zones.
