Garland police officers were summoned to the vicinity of Duck Creek Drive and East Oates Road earlier today, just before 1 pm, following reports of a male individual discovered unconscious beneath a bridge. Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement personnel declared the individual deceased, with initial findings suggesting possible foul play.
The incident has since escalated into an active homicide investigation, with detectives from the Garland Police Department taking the lead in untangling the circumstances surrounding the man's untimely demise. Authorities have yet to ascertain the identity of the deceased individual, and the precise cause of death remains undetermined at this juncture.
