A collision between a truck pulling a trailer and a motorcycle took place on Friday, August 25th, resulting in the death of a 32-year-old man from Mansfield. The incident occurred at approximately 4:55pm at the intersection of Rendon Bloodworth Road (FM 1187) and Exchange Drive.
Upon receiving the emergency call, responders from Rendon Fire Department and deputies from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office rushed to the scene. The collision had caused severe damage to both the truck and the motorcycle. Deputies immediately initiated life-saving measures in an attempt to stabilize the motorcyclist's condition.
The injured motorcyclist was then transported to a Mansfield hospital with urgency, but was pronounced deceased.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office has confirmed the identity of the deceased as 32-year-old Joshua Michael Henz from Mansfield
