On September 7, 2023, at around 9:05 am, Dallas Police received a distress call and were dispatched to the 9500 block of Brockbank Drive in Northwest Dallas, responding to reports of a stabbing incident. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered 26-year-old Alex Rodriguez inside an apartment, who had sustained stab wounds. Despite immediate assistance from Dallas Fire Rescue, Rodriguez succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of now, a suspect in the stabbing has not been identified. The Dallas Police Department is conducting an ongoing investigation into the matter.
