On September 7, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to the shooting call in the 4300 block of Horizon North Parkway at the Allure North Dallas Apartments. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found a man, shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Dallas Fire Rescue took the man to a local hospital where he died.
The investigation is ongoing and the case will be referred to a Grand Jury.
The man’s identity is not being released pending family notifications.
