A 60-year-old man, identified as Thomas Wayne Fauver, is facing charges of aggravated kidnapping, sexual assault, and unlawful restraint following a disturbing incident, according to an arrest warrant filed by the Waco Police Department.
The arrest warrant alleges that Fauver forcibly took a woman against her will from San Antonio to his residence at 3336 Kendall Lane in Waco. The victim reported that Fauver threatened to harm her family if she did not comply with his demands.
The woman stated that her ordeal began on Thursday, September 21, and Friday, September 22, when tensions ran high inside Fauver's home, and she feared for her safety.
Things took a terrifying turn on Saturday, September 23, when Fauver reportedly consumed an unknown narcotic substance and lost control. The victim told authorities that she was confined to a bedroom with a deadbolt secured from the outside.
Over the course of three days, from Saturday to Monday, Fauver allegedly sexually assaulted the woman, resulting in injuries. The victim also claimed that Fauver slammed her head through a door and choked her to the point of losing consciousness.
In a particularly distressing detail, Fauver is accused of using super glue to bind the victim's teeth together in an attempt to prevent her from yelling.
The turning point came on Monday night when the victim managed to escape by breaking a dog door in the laundry room and sought help at a neighboring residence. She immediately dialed 911 to report the incident.
Police officers swiftly responded to the 911 call and located Fauver in a 2003 GMC pickup truck in the 2400 block of Kendall Lane.
As a result of these grave allegations, Thomas Wayne Fauver was taken into custody and booked into the McLennan County Jail on September 26. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
