Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has been selected for the 2022 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award for Best Airport that serves over 40 million passengers in North America by Airports Council International (ACI). The ACI ASQ award is reflective of DFW Airport’s commitment to providing a memorable and unique customer experience to all who fly through DFW Airport.

The ACI ASQ awards recognize airport excellence in customer experience worldwide based on data collected from passengers through ASQ’s Departures and Arrivals surveys. DFW Airport was the largest airport in the world to receive this honor from ACI.
