In his remarks, Mr. Mate will be discussing how Elara is working with ServiceNow to empower its caregiver workforce to deliver vital services to patients and clients wherever they call home, deploying such technologies as automated appointment scheduling; on-the-go schedule management and shift offerings; GPS-based travel route guidance; pre-visit management; digital documentation; and a 360-degree portal for patients/clients, their authorized family members and Elara.

In addition to the keynote, Renee Konzelman, Senior Vice President, People, Talent and Culture and Elara will serve as a featured speaker on a Women in Leadership panel at the Dallas-based forum. She will be joined by leadership representing 7-Eleven, AT&T and U.S. Bank.
The ServiceNow World Forum is comprised of a series of events that take place in various global cities throughout October and November.
