In the early hours of October 27, 2023, at approximately 1:55 a.m., Dallas Police received a distressing call regarding a shooting incident in the 9900 block of Bruton Road in Pleasant Grove.
When officers arrived they found a man shot at the scene, laying on the ground. The man was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
This investigation is ongoing and will be referred to the Grand Jury.
The man is not being identified pending family notifications.
