The Dallas Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the individuals responsible for a violent assault that took place on October 26, 2023, in East Dallas. The incident occurred at approximately 10:35 p.m. in the 1800 block of John West Road.
According to preliminary findings from the police investigation, the victim was leaving a nearby business when they were confronted by a group of individuals. The group reportedly surrounded the victim and accused them of bumping into one of the group members. The situation escalated rapidly, leading to the victim being repeatedly punched and stabbed by the assailants.
After the assault, the suspects fled the scene in two separate vehicles, described as a black Cadillac and a black Mercedes.
Dallas Police have released video footage related to the incident in the hopes that it will assist in identifying the suspects.
