On the night of November 3, 2023, Irving Police Officers arrested 45-year-old Tarrance Bertwain Warren of Red Oak, Texas, who had recently been residing in Irving. Warren has been charged with multiple offenses, including the manufacture and delivery of controlled substances, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and the possession of marijuana in an amount less than 2 ounces.
In addition to these charges, Warren also had unrelated open warrants from the Dallas Police Department for traffic violations. It was revealed that Warren has a history of previous arrests in Dallas and Glenn Heights for drug possession and the unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
