On the afternoon of November 16, 2023, 17-year-old Wilmer Alexander Avila was taken into custody by Irving Police. Avila faces charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass, with his bond set at $1,500.
In the early hours of the same day, at 2:02 am, 19-year-old Cinthia Longoria was booked into the Irving Jail. Longoria, arrested by Irving Police Officers, is charged with two counts of abandon/endanger child, with a total bond amount of $5,000. Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested an immigration hold.
On November 15, 2023, at around 4 pm, 21-year-old Josue Edimar Mejia was arrested by Irving Police. Mejia faces charges of sexual assault of a child, and as of now, no bond amount has been set. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested an immigration hold.
On the evening of November 17, 2023, 22-year-old Chloe Ramirez was arrested by Irving Police Officers on an open warrant from the Dallas County Sheriff's Office. Ramirez is wanted for charges related to abandoning and endangering a child.
