Peter Salas, an 83-year-old man reported missing from Irving, has been located safely in East Texas. The Irving Police Department had activated a Silver Alert for Mr. Salas on Wednesday, June 6th, after he was last seen at 8 pm on Harlan Street in South Irving. Mr. Salas' health condition was a concern.
Mr. Salas's vehicle was detected on I-30 near Greenville at around 11 pm. By 1:45 am on Thursday, the Police Department announced that Mr. Salas had been found safe in Sulphur Springs and had been reunited with his family.
