The Dallas Police Department is actively investigating the 1988 homicide of 41-year-old Jill Bounds. On September 21, 1988, Ms. Bounds was found murdered in the 6500 block of Lakeshore Drive in the Lower Greenville area. She was last seen on September 20, 1988, by a friend.
