Shaoling Luo
On May 21, 2024, at 11:56 AM, the Irving Police Department carried out an undercover operation at a massage parlor located at 1820 Valley View Lane, Suite 118, known as 118 Spa. During the operation, 66-year-old Shaoling Luo was arrested for engaging in illicit activity. Luo was accused of fondling an undercover officer during the encounter.
Luo faces charges of Indecent Assault, a misdemeanor.
Other arrests were made in May and June following similar undercover operations.
