Crews will continue their search for a man who is believed to have drowned in Lewisville Lake on Sunday. According to officials, the man, who is in his late 20s, was on a rental boat in the southeast area of the lake when he jumped into the water to swim and did not resurface. It was reported that he was not wearing a life jacket at the time.
The Lewisville Fire Department Dive Team and Texas Game Warden responded to the scene to begin the search. However, the search was called off Sunday night due to inclement weather. As of now, the man's body has not been recovered, and efforts to locate him are ongoing.
