The Dallas Police Department is still investigating the 2016 murder of 25-year-old Terral Brown. On October 12, 2016, at around 1:35 p.m., Brown was shot and killed by an unknown suspect in the 4700 block of Fellows Lane in the Joppa neighborhood of Southeast Dallas.
