On Sunday, October 13, 2024, Irving Police officers arrested 32-year-old Shayden Day of Dallas for failing to comply with his sex offender registration requirement. Day, who was convicted in November 2022 for Indecency with a Child by Exposure involving a 12-year-old male victim, failed to register this year as mandated.
He was booked into the Irving Jail at 2:34 p.m. Day had been sentenced to one year of incarceration and was required to register annually as a sex offender until 2034.
