The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 28-year-old Israel Cooper, who is wanted in connection with an assault. Cooper, described as a black male, 5'8", weighing 195 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair, is facing charges of Assault/Family Violence.
The incident occurred on July 21, 2024, when Cooper allegedly punched the victim in the face multiple times while driving on the North Central Expressway.
Anyone with information on Cooper's whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 214-373-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to his arrest and indictment. Please refer to case number 111895-2024.
