On Saturday, February 15, 2025, at approximately 12:43 p.m., emergency responders from the Fort Worth Fire Department, Fort Worth Police Department, and MedStar EMS were dispatched to a major accident with entrapment in the 3700 block of NE 28th Street near N. Beach St..
Upon arrival, responders found multiple vehicles involved in the collision, including an overturned vehicle with two occupants trapped inside. One individual was extricated and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Fort Worth police determined that the crash was intentional, with the suspect driver allegedly targeting a vehicle occupied by their ex-partner. Authorities are working to confirm if the deceased victim was the suspect’s former partner.
The suspect driver was taken into custody, and the incident remains under investigation.
