
Irving police are searching for three suspects in the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Torrance Deveroex, who was gunned down in his home on Evergreen Street around 5 a.m. on February 23, 2025.
Surveillance footage shows three young men, appearing to be high school age, firing through Deveroex’s door before fleeing in a dark-colored Honda or Acura sedan. Detectives have not identified the suspects and say there are no apparent leads or known motives for the attack.
Deveroex was the son of Dallas County Constable Deanna Hammond, who is pleading for anyone with information to come forward.
