The Irving Police Department has made several arrests related to sex offenses, including child pornography, indecent assault, and solicitation of prostitution, on March 19, 2025.
- Richard Arthur Bunch, 17: Arrested after an online tip led to a search warrant. Over 50 images of child pornography were found on his devices. He was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and booked into the Irving Jail at 7:12 AM.
- Ramiro Vladimir Hurtado-Silva, 42: Arrested and charged with Indecent Assault, a Class A misdemeanor. He was booked into the Irving Jail at 7:53 PM. Due to his illegal immigration status, Dallas INS requested an Immigration-ICE hold.
- Paulino Cristobal Rubi-Reyes, 58: Arrested and charged with Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. He was booked into the Irving Jail at 9:38 PM. The investigation is ongoing, and further details have not been released.
- Damond Weston, 24: Arrested for Solicitation of Prostitution at approximately 2:02 AM. He also had five outstanding traffic-related warrants.
