Estelle Francis Lundee, 56, has been arrested for assaulting her 73-year-old male roommate at the Jefferson Creek Apartments in Las Colinas. The incident occurred on Friday, March 28th, at approximately 9:51 PM.
Irving Police officers responded to a disturbance call at the 800 block of W. Royal Ln. and discovered that an argument between roommates had turned violent. Lundee was taken into custody for causing bodily injury to her elderly roommate.
During the arrest, Lundee also assaulted an officer. Further investigation revealed she had an outstanding warrant from the Grand Prairie Police Department for Public Intoxication.
Lundee is charged with Injury to an Elderly Individual and Assault on a Public Servant.
Court records show that Lundee appears to have an alcohol problem. Her criminal history includes:
- December 2022: Arrested in Navarro County by Corsicana Police for Public Intoxication.
- February 2021: Arrested for Assaulting an Elderly Individual, with the same victim as the current incident. This case was later dismissed after Lundee completed anger management at the Genesis Counseling Center.
Lundee was transferred to the Dallas County Jail on March 29th, 2025, where she remains. Her bond was set at $5,000.
