NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas – The North Richland Hills Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash on Thursday, August 14.
The incident occurred just after 2:00 p.m. on westbound Airport Freeway near the Davis Boulevard exit. The suspect vehicle is described as a dark red or maroon newer model Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel, with “RAM” in black letters on the tailgate, all-black trim and rims, and tinted windows. Damage is expected on the driver’s side front bumper from striking a motorcycle.
Witnesses said the truck briefly stopped at the scene before quickly leaving the area. The motorcycle driver was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
