At 4:13 a.m. on Sunday, August 17th, Fort Worth Fire/EMS and Police responded to a major accident at Terminal Road and N. Main Street at Meacham Airport.
Battalion 3 reported a head-on collision involving two vehicles, with both drivers trapped inside their vehicles.
One individual was pronounced deceased at the scene. The second individual was extricated by emergency crews and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by Fort Worth Police.
