IRVING, Texas—A couple dining at a restaurant in Irving suffered minor injuries after an SUV crashed through the front of the building on Tuesday evening.
At approximately 7:20 p.m. on August 26, Irving Police officers were called to Mythri’s Indian Cuisine in the 8300 block of N. MacArthur Blvd. A Ford Bronco SUV had crashed into the restaurant, hitting a couple inside.
Police say the driver of the SUV accidentally put the vehicle in drive instead of reverse while attempting to park. Fire paramedics treated the injured couple at the scene.
No charges have been filed at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
