Authorities in The Colony recovered a man's body from Lake Lewisville on Sunday morning after responding to reports of a drowning near Stewart Creek Park.
The Colony Police Department and Fire Department were joined by a dive team from Lewisville Fire Department to search the water. Crews located and pulled the victim from the lake at around 11 a.m.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man as 45 years old. The Colony Police Department said investigators have found no signs of foul play, and the medical examiner's office will determine the official cause of death.
