DALLAS, Texas - A pedestrian died early Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle on eastbound Interstate 20 near its interchange with Interstate 35E in Dallas, according to the Dallas County Sheriff's Office. Deputies say the individual was walking in the highway's left lane when a passing car hit them. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The motorist involved remained at the location and is cooperating with the investigation.
