On September 15, 2023, at approximately 4:40 p.m., the Dallas Police Department received a report of a shooting incident in the 3000 block of South Boulevard. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a 32-year-old individual identified as Kyle Cousin with gunshot wounds inside a residence. Unfortunately, Mr. Cousin succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and documented on case number 166490-2023.
