On September 14, 2023, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Dallas Police Department received a call for service in the 7700 block of Scyene Road, near Buckner Blvd. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered the lifeless body of a man in a wooded area.
Following a preliminary investigation, authorities have classified this incident as a homicide. The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy, confirming the cause of death as homicide.
The investigation is ongoing and documented in case number 165834-2023.
The man’s identity is pending the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office fingerprint analysis.
